How to track the payments made by customer through IVR system in SAP IS-U

Hi william,

Actually we are introducing IVR payment system to the customers.This services is given by a third party.

We also want to bring the data into SAP System.

On daily basis the third party would be given payments collected through IVR system.

Is there any standard process to bring tje data into SAP IS-U.

In your scenario, IVR is immaterial.  You are looking to upload payment data from an external source.  If it is done in a batch, then you can use standard payment lot upload via FPB3.  If single execution then you can investigate external cash desk services or simply develop a custom interface to post the payments individually.
