Test print is not possible for this Application Form

Hi Gurus,

i have created one Application Form and activated but when i was trying to exicute comming the message as " Test print is not possible for this Application Form "

i have tried to debug in perticular hieraci using break point but when i exit its directly comming the above message , i cont enter inside of the logic.

i was try FPCOPARA tcode using this Application form , BP and Company code when i was save the data is comming as " entries 00000000 found do u still save it" that means no values extract the Application Form or not? but when i run the Tcode that related values are updating the DFKKCOH table.

what is the proble please let me know the proper solution.

SPRO->SAP Customizing Implementation Guide->Cross-Application Components->General Application Functions->Correspondence->Define Correspondence Types.

Please check the config once.

See the correspondence type and control.

I hope it will solve the problem.

Hi Shiva,

thank you very much for your answer but,

that above configaration is for define the correspondence type for that perticular Tcode yes?,

the above configaration is alredy done, when i run the Tcode "FPCC0002" the correspondence values are updating in DFKKCOH table. i think, if the above cofigaration is not in proper way these correspondence values might not appdate in Correspondence history table. may be that is not a problem for this .

Hi,

What Siva was trying to say is that you should check, for that correspondence type that you use, in "Print Control", that you don't have the box "No Test Print" checked. To go there, follow the path he described above. If that box is checked, uncheck it, since that stops you from printing test pages.

thanks for your answer but,

as per your's suggestion i have followed the path he described above i have checked the correspondence type and Control in control 'print control is already unchecked' for that perticular correspondencde code and application.

please suggest me any another options also.

Please check the event 799 Correspondence: Output Reason for Not Printing

Just now i debugged the t-code FPCC0002 it is triggering the event 799.

Please check the event once and let me know if it is useful.

is your error right..

This happens when you are printing from FPCOPARA again for the same Business Partner.

Trying doing this

goto FPCOPARA - in Print Parameters tab - under section Type of Print give Repeat Printout.
