SR31 change postal code not allowed even after note 1403991 applied

Hi,

I'm reposting this as a question...

We are unable to change any regional structure information directly in production after we upgraded to ERP6 EHp 4.

I applied note 1403991 but still cannot make changes as the system is indicating that the client has status not modifiable.

Any thoughts?

HI Tom,

Make sure the client is not set as production, in table T000 entry in field 'Transp. connection'.

It could be possible that option '2' is choosen.

Thanks for responding. I'm not sure I understand. This is our production client, and is set as such in T000. Are you suggesting we change the role to a non-production role?

I don't think i'm comfortable doing this.

I see that we have option 2 in the Transp. connection field. This is the correct setting for this client.

The solution was to apply both notes 812002 and 1403991.

I had only implemented note 1403991, and apparently this was not sufficient.

The table - TSADCORR must have two entires:

NOTE_812002

NOTE_1403991
