SOD in Sap-ISU

Helo All,

Could you please share about an SOD voilation from ISU billing or any ISU module.

and please share some role naming conventions for ISU.

Here are a few I can think of.

  • The ability to maintain customer MD in ECC and run billing/invoice functions in IS-U is a straight forward conflict.
  • maintain BP in is-u, and process a sales order in ecc/crm could also be a potential SOD.

  • Because FI-CA is used in IS-U alongside Billing, the ability to post accounts receivables adjustments conflicts with billing/invoice functions.

  • Also, the operational function such as 'maintain meter reading results' conflicts directly with the ability to billing/invoicing in is-u.

  • The general FI critical activity such as 'maintain posting periods' is something to be kept in mind, when allowing someone in FICA AR to post adjustments.
