Hi gurus,

I am not able to get the solution for this quirey, can any body help me what can be done.....

"WebIC search using the SSN does not work. Does not return a value. This was added shortly after go live and may have been mapped to the EKUN field as opposed to where it is stored in CRM".

Usually in CRM, there shall be mapping of fields from SAP. In your case, before go-live SSN was not mapped to any of the fields so when a user try to search SSN no from CRM, no values are visible.But post go-live <either by way of new CR or in any of the Maintenance release(s), SSN was mapped to the field EKUN so henceforth user(s) in CRM was able to view the SSN number from CRM.
