Skipping dunning level

Hello,

I have defined 3 dunning level for a dunning procedure.

However, there are condition in them we have to skip a level and go directly to the next dunnung level.

How can I do it ? Can I use new dunning level field ?

Update T_FKKMAZE-MAHNN (New dunning level) to 3 during activities of 1st dunning level.

Hi Yair,

If you want to skip one dunning level, you can do it manually in SAP, using transaction FPM3.

1. Go to FPM3 transaction.

2. Give BP/CA number.

3. Click on Change.

4. Change to the new dunning level as required.

Hi Yair,

This can be done through the FQ-events which are called through FPM3 . Here based on your condition or logic we can override the dunning level to next level.
