Setup of archive link to store documents such as Invoices

Dear Experts:

Where do you make te setup to print documents, and store an optic image of them?

When I try to print I am getting the following error:

object type BUS4401 and document type FMCAINV

Hi

Try transaction OAD5 for ArchiveLink: Customizing Wizard as well as OAOH & OAC2 for SAP ArchiveLink: Global doc. types.

Dear David,

I dont find at OAD5 Object type BUS4401 for Document type FMCAINV. Do you have any advice??

Hi,

If object type is not there you have create the object type. Use TC OAC2, OAC3 to configure the object type and linked it with your doc. type, Content rep. and table.
