Hi Gurus,
what do we call if the service provider have two services
1.Grid usage
2.sending bills to customers.
what is the relationship to the market player.

A Service Provider can only have one Service Type assigned to it. The Service Type will have a Service Category which specifies whether it is Supply, Distribution, Metering etc...
So indeed in your case if a Service Provider provides two services (Supply for sending bills and Distribution for grid usage), you would need to create two Service Providers (e.g. SERV-A and SERV-B). Each would be assigned to a relevant Service Type. If they have the same internal or external identifier this can be reflected in the External Number field.
When setting up the Technical Master Data (i.e. Point of Delivery and Installation) in this sort of environment, the choice of the two contract model is available if necessary.
