I think that there is a terminology problem here. The contracts represent service types and thus both cannot be combined into one contract. Both cold be billed separatedly and invoiced jointly within the same contract account. There are several ways to achieve this, depending on the requirements. Billing documents from SD can be forwarded to ISU or FICA for inclusion in the ISU invoice. Creating an ISU contract might be required and useful depending on the data model.
