Sagar:

ISU BBP cannot be integrated with other billing.  It can only include ISU consumption billing.  The budget amount will only be based on ISU billing amounts and cannot include amounts from other sources.

regards,

bill.

Hi,

SD invoice integrated to ISU BBP.??

Yes, we can do it.

The process wont change here, from SD invoice it will transfer to FICA only.

In BBP,only payment to the utility company by customer (i.e,only benefit to both customer and company)

For ex:

Budget Billing Period --12 months

If  xx is budget billing customer will have some sales or service (cable replacement),in between the year.

Now, utility company want to billing the customer with existing Budget Billing amount.

when the invoice for next month, customer will get both the BB amount and service cable amount together itself.

regards,

Nags

Hi Sagar,

SD invoice can be integrated with BBP. The SD invoice will transfer to FICA. For integration with FICA you need define Billing type and Billing Category under Sales & distribution customization. After defining the billing type you need to assign the billing type in SD integration under customization-Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable-Integration-Derive Main/Sub-Transaction from SD Information.

Other objects like acct assignment key and item category you can define at material master level.

hope it helps
