SAP utilities as a training system

First, i did some research before posting this,

We need to work on SAP utilities (IS-U) system as a testing & learning instance for our employees!

After searching around the partner edge portal I can’t locate any solution, I only found “the Partner test & demo” system !

ButI have doubts about this system because i don’t know if it is equivalent to the IDES systems.

Can someone explain how to access/download SAP IDES for an industry solution -Utilities?

overall i am very confused 😞

NOTE : From SCN forums I have read that IDES can’t have IS-U activated.

So would this Test and demo system from SAP be sufficient solution for employees in the utilities industry product.

Hi,

How about you build a demo system/test system from the Production system of yours using SAP Homogeneous System-Copy for the knowledge or skill test purpose? I was wondering if you have any QA system which we generally provide to our users for test purpose, if not then you can build one. Also please refer the below as in the above post its not clearly mentioning that whether you have been through the below contents or not,
