SAP Regional Structure Update from Canada Post file

Hi Experts,

Is anyone aware of the regional structure update process using the Canada Post files. I would require the LSMW and process details to convert the Canada Post files into the RSADRLSM02 file format so that the most updated regional structure elements from Canada Post are loaded into SAP.

Hi Raj,

As far my knowledge goes, Canada Post doesn't issue delta files and SAP Database tables do not allow the re-loading of the entire file due to primary key issues leading to a duplicate entry error.

Is this what you are currently facing?

Moreover, if you are looking for the LSM Workbench mapping for the report RSADRLSM02 against the Canda Post file, then you have a look at the SAP Note 785749. Its an old note but contains different tips that could be helpful for mapping the external file with LSMW.

I am at the initial stage of filling the RSG elements city,street,post codes for the first time based on Canada Post file. How did you deal with the Canada Post initial upload and Canada Post Delta upload.
