SAP ISU Billing Error "No data found in table show error Message ISU_MSG_GS_IND064"

First I create new number range of Contract Account. After that move- in then create bill after that when i create invoice system show error "No entries in table found - Error :- ISU_MSG_GS_IND064". I also check with EITR table Bill document is also there.

Request to advise if anyone has a clue.

Did you face this error when running transaction EA19?
