Hi,

I have added new messages to EMMA Case category E005,But these messages are not flowing from application log(SLG1) to EMMACL Clarification list. Request you to kindly help in resolving the cause of the error(all configuration is in place)…

Hi Kusum,,

For custom message to appear in application log, using tcode - EMMACCAT2, and in Message tab - include your custom Message Class and custom Message Number. You should be able to see clarification cases being generated based on the following assumptions:

- If EMMA case category is active and you are able to view clarification cases being generated for standard messages then you need to update Clarification case category.

-If case creation type is automatic and Store Triggering Messages for Clarification Case is checked on, Business process is defined with Classes for Analysis of Application Logs.. etc.

Thanks For your response.

Custom messages are already included to Tcode EMMACCAT2 using message tab.Also above stated assumptions are also in place,But still cannot see anything in Clarification list.Custom Messages can be seen in application Log via SLG1,But they are not transferring to EMMACL. Kindly Suggest...
