Hi All,
We are planning to archive FICA documents (data from tables: DFKKOP, DFKKKO, DFKKCOH & so on). Currently we are archiving ISU Objects (ISU_PRDOCL, ISU_PRDOCH, ISU_BILLZ & ISU_BILL).
Is there any sequence that needs to be followed for FICA Objects? (example: first archive documents (DFKKOP/DFKKKO) then correspondence (DFKKCOH) or vice or verse.
Any dependencies?
When we checked in SARA, we have the following objects for FICA, please share any knowledge:
- FI_MKKMDOC
- FI_MKKPCR
- CORRSPND
Thanks,

Hi Sai,
I don't think there is any strict flow of archiving within FICA specific objects. And apart from these 3 there are other related objects you can consider for archiving.
Please have a look in to the below SAP link.
I would suggest to run FI_MKKDOC first and then the others.
And it is worth running an archiving run for one customer (BP) in your sandpit system and check if archiving FI_MKKDOC and then CORRSPND has any impact on this processing flow.
Have a try.

Thank you for your inputs!
Is there any mass transactions to run these archiving object for large volume of data? or it has to be run through SARA. For example, we have EAPDL for to run archiving of ISU_PRDOCL (print line items) that helps to run in parallel jobs on multiple processors.

No worries.
If you would like to process parallel job for better efficiency, I would suggest you to create multiple variants of WRITE jobs with non-overlapping FICA document number ranges.
You can create the variants from the transaction code SARA -> Write -> Variant -> Maintain. Alternatively you can create them from program RFKKAR10; both of them are the same.

Hi Sai,
I would recommend you to go for the execution of archiving object,FI_MKKPCR first ahead of FI_MKKMDOC.
Archiving object,FI_MKKMDOC, is only for archiving the clearing entries and involve archving of table DFKKRAPT only.
Archiving Object,FI_MKKMDOC, involves the archiving of FICA sample documents from DFKKM* tables,DFKKMO,DFKKMOP etc.
A classcial example of the entries in these DFKKM* tables are when you have a SD-FICA integration, then the SD documents gets stored in these tables.
Archving object, CORRSPND, has not dependencis on any of the above archiving objects.
Hope it helps..

Hi Sai,
The dependency can vary according to your business requirement, however my suggestion is to go for the archiving in the sequence of FI_MKKDOC ( FICA Document) --> FI_MKKPCR (FICA Clearing history).
Regarding the CORRSPND there is no such dependency because it refers to the correspondence documents.
