Hi, experts

My question is on SD request dunning

when security deposit request is created my client wanted to dun this as per the dunning procedure assigned to the C.A .

HELP ME ON THIS .

Hi Surya,

In a normal scenario, if you are not mantaining any dunning procedure in the posting area 0800, the SD statistical request should get dunned as per the dunning procedure assigned at the contract account level.

If it is not, then check the event 300-303 if any customization has been done or not.
