RTP Interface details not appearing at the Installation

Hi,

I have Define RTP COmpnenet & RTP Interface.But While checking the same at Installation level in ES32 , its not showing any details.

Also While doing the Billing its not getting billed.Shoing the error that Its not able to find the Operand values for the RTP Operand that I have defined at the Rate Facts.

Also I have defined Result Parameter at Rate Facts .Still getting the error.

What could be the error. ?

Pls guide me.

Hi,

Is the error message AJ-013? It could be caused by the fact that you did not

maintain a rate fact group at the rate. It is obligatory to get RTP-operand values at runtime.

Or you need to assign a value to the operand ...

No operand value was found for operand for the period --.

Assign a value to the operand in the conditions, rate category facts or installation facts.

Also check customising:

> Energy Data Management

> Interface to RTP Billing

> Define RTP Interface

Hi,

Have you activated the RTYP component..Please check foto RTP Component tab -> goto Activation Tab -> Check Activity Check box..

Please let me know if you still face the problem..

Even i am facing the same issue. Please let me know if the issue is resolved.
