How do I reverse a meter reading with meter reading reason 25 'Replacement upon removal'

Hi,

Did you try EL37 - Reverse Meter reading?

Yes, but it did not work. It doesn't appear in the list of readings which can be reversed using EL37

Use EG50, EG52 or EG53 depending on if your original transaction was a replacement or removal.

Hi Srinivas,

I tried all 3 transactions, but i get the message 'cannot revere installation in function'.

I don't know which transaction the user did, and he doesn't remember. Is there a way to know?
