Return lot not able to post

Hi Experts,

I am not able to post a return lot.

It gives an error message"Origin key not defined, please correct".

I made all the config for return reason.

Please let me know how to correct the error.

Already checked the table TFK001and the config is fine.

Hi,

Check whether for the origin key of the document no. for which you want to post a return, has return possible field "Checked" in TFK001.

It's soumya here.The values of TFK001 is fine.I got the answer after debugging.
