Return Lot error in production system

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem while posting return lot for the first time in production system.

The error that I get is Formal error: Amount missing for item 0004.

I am not facing this error in Dev & Quality server at all.

Please advise.

You haven't given much information to go on.  Most likely either the document you are trying to return has a $0 value or you are trying to post fees and have not found an amount correctly.

Hi Bill,

The issue is resolved. Initially we thought the error was due to enhanced return lot check.

The error message was misleading as it is still in many SAP programs.

The error was coming because of a 0% tax code assigned in EK02 for main/sub 0070/0020.

We removed that and the issue got resolved.
