Replication of Technical Master IS-U/CRM

Hi experts,

I created PoD and other related technical master in IS-U.

Initial load to CRM was successful, but after that if i create technical master data, nothing sent to CRM.

should i do the same as material, or it should be automatically replicated??

if it should be sent automatically, which customization should i check??

Hi Yoko,

As per standard best practice, TMD should be create in the CRM and  then replicate it in the IS-U.

Hi Yoko,

If you have configured the CRM middleware to replicate the technical master data correctly, the creation of a PoD in SAP IS-U should result in the creation of teh PoD in SAP CRM.

Please check the documentation "IS-U/CRM Integration: Replication of Technical Objects" on how to configure the CRM middleware for technical master data. The document is available here: http://service.sap.com/public/utilities -> "SAP for Utilities - Product Information" -> "Cookbooks & Guidelines".
