Hello,

Could someone please explain the use of the field Regional Structure Grouping that is found in the following IMG point:

SAP Utilities > Customer Service > CRM Integration > Define Link to mySAP CRM Organization Data

And what is the concequence of leaving the field 'Reg. Str. Grp.' blank?

Dear Saima,

Regional structure grouping combines all elements of the regional structure (cities, streets, street sections).

It is used, for example, for clerk determination. This is part of Address Management.

If you maintained above data in your system, then you can extract this data using SAP Table ADRC
