Here are the list of imp metering T-Codes helpful for Invoicing

EL28 Single Entry

EL29 Correction of Plausible Results

EL30 Estimate Meter Reading Results

EL31 Manual Monitoring

EL32 Automatic Monitoring

EL35 Meter Reading Order Output

EL37 Reverse Meter Reading Order Creation

After MRU, you can create Billing document then Invoice document and if needed payment document using FP05.

EL01 : Meter read order

EL28 : Meter read result

EA00 : billing and invoicing..
