reconciliation problem

Hello,

Does anyone know why FPMA Auto clearing asks for a recon key? This transaction clears in CA but not in the GL so why does it need to post into the GL?

more simplified question: does anyone known what does the FPMA transaction(aytomatic clearing) carry out.

Hi,

When a consumer pays in advance it shows in FPL9 as payment on account. It automatically cant clear any demands. To clear deamnd raised later you have to run account maintaenance. In mass scale it is done by FPMA.
