How to find Out the Exact Reason and Validation Of Following Isu Standard Error Message Date &1 must be before date &2..........as This Error Message Is Coming While Change Of Move In Date Of a Consumer.

Hi Satyendra,

Generally this kind of error suggests to "enter a start date that is before or identical to the end date."

Please check what date you are entering, and whether is it correct with respect to the date in system now which you want to change.

Hi,

You said the error is while changing the Move-In date.

So there must be some problem in the date, check correctly which date of move-in is there and what you wnated to change now.

Check if the installation was valid on that date which you want to modify to.

It's something revolving around DATE.

can you post the exact error message you are getting,with message number plz

If you are getting this message when you move-out the existing customer and trying to move-in on the same date,give one day gap and try to move-in on next immediate day.

Hi,

Pls check whether the installation(ES31) & full installation ( EG70 & EG72 ) dates are on or after 01.06.2012. In addition also check the meter validity date in IQ02.  I am sure you must be getting error msg as mentioned below.
