hello sarang

just go to sap uitililitestoolsemigall..click f1 u can see a good documentation veery clearly explained..

You need the IS-U migration workbench to prepare and carry out the data transfer. To do this, go to the Customizing menu for SAP Utilities and select Tools / Migration / Establish settings for IS-U migration.

I owuld suggest u 2 start from that first.
