Quantity proration during price change with meter without post decimals

Hi Experts,

During the price change period, the prorated kWh quantity value is not matching with our own calculation. This issue is more if the meter has a high multiplier value.

So far what I know is - this is mainly happening for the meters which have zero post decimal value. can anyone explain to me this behaviour and is there any other way to solve this issue apart from the device modification? because this fix will require a lot of master data correction.
