Processor rule not doing agent determintaion for BPEM cases

Hello all,

I am trying to bind the BPEM cases with agent. I have done the following:

1. I have created an org structure (PPOME)

2. Created BPEM cases.

3. Created Processor rule with agent determination: Responsibility R

4. My container is correctly binding the objects that includes case category, BP and division

Problem: When I execute EMMA, The jobs are prepared and cases are created, but no agent is assigned to it. I checked table emma_cactor, there are no records.

Kindly let me know what am I missing.

Hi ,

Could you please share the steps that are executed to do Binding correctly as i am getting stuck in doing Binding while doing EMMA config...
