hi

i completed technical information and when i am entering full installations...

First i am selecting the device category but not able to enter the new device, i have to put the serial no.

When i am about to save, there is no specification for the material or the device category

can any one help me

Hello,

U said u have done technical installation.Then the next step is to do billing relatd installation not Full installation.

Hi,

please be aware that IS-U always uses the serial number and the device category (material) to identify the device on the screens - not the equipment number. Please be also aware, that the FULL installation EG31 does the other both in one step. So either use EG31 OR use EG33 + EG34 !!! AND, if you are using device info records, you cannot install them technically at all!
