Print Date not updated in table ERDK even after BP got 3/4 prints.

Hi Experts,

I have an case wherein the Print date is not getting updated in table "ERDK".

The print is done through "EA29". & getting an error as -

*Error in reading table TE417*

*Message no. E9014*

*An error occurred during reading of one or more table entries. This error was reported by the database system.*

*The system does not permit the reading of one or more table entries.*

*It is possible that an SAP short dump has been written from the SAP basis system.*.

Can you please help me in this regards.

I checked table "TE417" but nothing great found out. The BP has alreday got 3/4 prints as the date field is "BLANK" in table ERDK.

Hi Sachin,

This error is because of the Schedule records are not generated for the date of bill print. You can go to T-code EA43 - Generate Individual Schedule records, for the Protion and MRU (look this in to the Installation ES32) Also check the date From and date To.

Thanks for reply.

Do you meant to say the date of Schedule records, then yes I can see the schedule records dates created till "31.12.2010" in table ERDK.

Or do you want to say something else.

Note- The error is only for single BP.

Hi Sachin,

I was thinking that to the Portion Schedule Records are not created, Otherwise there could be an date data mismatch just check in debugging.

Sunil's solution was working for us.

In our case this solved the problem.
