Hi Experts,

We are in the early stages of implementing SAP CRM/ISU for SME business.

I would like to understand how product functionality works in CRM for SME business.As per the initial understanding we will be using an external calculation tool for calculating the prices in a quotation.

I have no idea how it works for SME business and I would like to understand what all the configurations that needs to be maintained in CRM Product management and Quotation inorder to carryout the price proposal in quotation.

Any kind of inputs will appreciated as they may help me getting some picture.Aslo please refer me if any bestpractice or any kind of documentation available online relevant to this concept.

Please look at which has a link to CRM-ISU integration document and in turn has links to several product documents - and then come back with specific questions.  this query is too vague.
