Posting Date & Budget Year do not Match - Post payment from Clarificatn

We have payments for collective accounts in clarification list. All these payments have posting date for FY17. When trying to clarify & post the items we are getting the error

" Posting date & Budget year do not match".

Can anyone please advise how to address this issue ?

We tried reprocessing the items & they were processed without any error. We have not changed anything since Friday.

The issue is resolved , but still would like to know the probable cause for this error.

Do you have a different Fiscal Year for Fund Management and Financial management?
