Hi, you can create you POD in transaction ES30 or ES31, when you assign a POD to an installation the POD is created at the sme time.

hi

The pod vat u create while u r creating an installation s a deregulation pod and can be used 1nly for external commmunication .

so if u would like to create a technical pod u need to create it with the above said tcode...
