Perform Drawing after first sampling inspection year

We have several Lots (Official Sample Lot category) for our devices. As 2008 came to an end, we realized that we have not performed drawing on a few lots that have First Sampling Inspection Year of 2008. Drawing needed to be done.

Now in 2009, we found that the system would not allow us to perform drawings in order for us to catch up on our work. We get the error "Sample Drawing Not Possible In This Year" message, as it complains that we are no longer in the first year of sampling.

Is anyone aware of any way that would allow us to perform the drawing on these lots? Is there any work around that can allow us to get around this error?

We're are hoping to avoid terminating these lots and creating new ones just so we can move on with the drawing.

Dear Zhi,

You would manually have to change the lot due date in table TE271.

Thanks Olivia.

We came to the same conclusion as well in the past few days. The dev team found a function module that allows us to build a program and get around the fact that we have no access to directly update the TE271 table.
