Hi All,

I am getting below error while deactivating the PS line items:

Complete selection not possible due to competing processing

Diagnosis

Document 190320004314 for business partner XXXXX and contract account XXXXX cannot be selected, because a competing clearing or split of the line item is taking place. Since selection would be incomplete without this document, no documents have been selected.

Please help me to correct this issue.

This happens typically if the account is being processed by some other at the same time.  Check if the account is locked by other users.

Hi William,

Thanks for your reply!

I have just checked the account, there was already PS active on the contract which is currently in canceled status and we have created a new PS on it, which(New PS) we want to deactivate and while deactivation we are getting this error.

Please suggest.

I got the same error while replicating the move out for the customer

Seems like issue is there End BB period for payment scheme which is in future than the move out date. it should be before or same as the move out date.
