We have a system upgrade recently. After that payment exceptions started to create duplicate BPEM cases. But ohters such as billing etc. don't have this issue. Where I should check to fix this issue? Thanks.

Hi,
There could be several factors causing this issue:
1) There could be multiple clarification case categories that are generating a clarification case off the same message. Is it the same clarification case category or different ones?
2) The configuration may have changed or has been changed otherwise. Do the configuration settings in the case category under Messages match the other case categories?
3) Are the messages that the cases are generated off the same or have some subtlety in terms of what is being generated?
Could you please provide some specifics?
