Number range error

I tried to create a bcontact in BCT0 - tcode. Since no number range is maintained for the bcontact i m getting short dump.

Can any one help me where to maintain the number range for bcontact..

Creation of this number range is customizing.

You can find it by doing the following steps:

Transaction SPRO

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide

Financial Accounting

Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable

Basic Functions

Customer Contacts

Define Number Ranges for Customer Contacts

Within this option you can create the number range

yes i have both internal & external number range there.

still i m getting bcontact number range missing error..

you might have added the the No. as '1' instead of '01'.
