Hello All..

I want to include security deposit interest amount in the invoice unit,,,

Although I have selected All open items for contract acct (w. and w/o ref. to cntrct) in open item selection, 999 in interval days, Always Print Item on the Bill in print item, Item Always Included in Final Bill Amount with respect to my clearing category,in SPRO under item selection in invoicing then also in DBERDL table XTOTAL_AMNT field is space( i.e Do not Include Item in the Final Bill Amount ).

Can any one help me out just by telling what all other changes i have to made to include interest amount in the total invoice amount.

Hi Shruti!

Is the interest posted as statistical item?

What are the transaction / subtransaction under which the interest is posted?

What is your configuration for Selection Items in Invocing? Do you have more that one clering category in this config?

After you provide inputs to those question I think I can help you.
