Hi,

the easiest way is to use SWO1 with BOR-Object ISUNBSERVC with method CREATE. You have to mark 'Upper/lower case active' = X because the POD (INT_UI) is case sensitive.

Best regards,

Alexander

Hi,

I didn't understand you last response not completely, but here you still have some information. The non-billable services are used mostly to determine the supply scenario. With non-billable services you are able to define a data exchange with the corresponding market partners (service provider). Mostly the services are created during the Move-In or during the change of supplier. If the Customizing is correctly maintained, non-billable services can also be created over the MD Template Category NEWCUSTPOD (TX EPRODCUST) at the point of delivery. The master data generator in EPRODCUST uses the BOR object ISUNBSERVC.

I hope this will help you,

Best regards,

Alexander

Hi,

I have a question on Non billable service creation on PoD. when i create Pod and remaining master data, from your response what i could understand is that, the system will assign the correct non-billable service to the PoD during Move-in. Could you please explain on what basis system identifies the non-billable services. If I am not wrong, the operation area is the key information which system uses to mapp the non-billable service. Would like to know whether the grid attached to the Pod/ installation is the same as the operation area.

My understanding on the process

a) system validates the grid attached to the installation to the records in ESERVICEDET and assigns the non billable service to the PoD.

please correct me, if i am wrong.

Regards,

Srini

I am having an additional issue when attempting to create the NB Service in SWO1. The NB Service comes up as undefined which is causing issues. Does anyone know why these services are undefined as I would appear to using the correct STYP & SPROVIDER.
