No operand values were found. Error while while billing interval reads using RTP.

Hi Experts,

I have created RTP components and assigned them under the RTP interface. The output of the RTP interface has been linked to the operand.

However, when I perform billing, I get an error saying no operand values were found for operand 'xxxxx'. (where 'xxxxx' is the operand linked to the output of the RTP interface.

What could be the possible issues ?

I was finally able to figure it out. The missing piece was that the fact group of the operand used in the rate should be the fact group maintained at the device level.

This is what will link the interval values from the profile to the output of the RTP interface into the operand. Hope this helps someone in the future.
