No Grid Level Types found for the selection criteria entered , Message no. E9104

I'm trying to add new Grid for my new GAS division, I used transaction ID " EEDMIDE_GRID01"; I field up all the required filed but I could save it and I was getting  the following message " No Grid Level Types found for the selection criteria entered " Message no. E9104.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

Hi,

I have a screenshot of the config path and some brief documentation on what a Grid Level Type is.

You have to configure them if the field is mandatory.

An example for an Electrical grid would be "Voltage Type" where the grid would be broken dowwn based on the Voltage level of the transmission.

Your guidance was very helpful, however am still encountering another issue ; message" Chose the Key from the allowed name space, I tried to use "0002" for gas   because we already used "0001" for electricity; I'm including  a screen shot for your reference.

Hi,

The allowed namespace messages normally means that you have to use a naming convention starting with "Z" , in this case for the Grid Level Type that you re creating.

You can still proceed, because the message is a warning, and not a hard error. Simply hit enter, and SAP will still accept the entry.

Thank you , it worked; I still need only one more thing regarding the distributor that I need to allocate to the grid, there is no distributor configured in my system yet.
