hi all,
In my case, At installation level one flag is active, this flag is basically a service which BP opt at the time of move-in, once the BP left that premise (means Move-out) than this flag should automatically become incative. but this thing is not happening here.
Suggest me what to do.

Hi,
Check whether the meter readings order are open before Move Out...if they aare open ...Ente Meter Readig results to those Orders...check the status after entering results..

did the move-out connect the final billing ?
if so ,the failure of the final billing may be the reason.
