My question: I have multiple dunning groups (group 1) and (group 2) each are dunning through their cycle as they should. However, at one point in time the dates overlap. Group 1 is to dunn on 4/4/2011 and Group 2 is to dunn on 4/8/2011. When I execute dunning (FPVA/FPVB) on 4/4/2011 dunning does not progress for Group 1 to its next collection step. However, when I execute dunning on 4/8/2011 both Group 1 & 2 move to their next collection step. This does not seem correct to me. It seems that each group should move independently. Please advise.
