MSCONS and UTILMD documentation

Hello all,

Can anyone provide me with some good documentation regarding MSCONS and UTILMD standard and their use in SAP IS-U?

I've found some general description like

but I would like to have something that is more "close" to SAP. Maybe there are some SAP tranings?
