MRU's

We are currently minimizing our routes and I was wondering if there is a way to prevent someone from using an old MRU. We use dynamic schedule records and I can't delete the old MRU's because they were previously used. I have already changed the description to DO NOT USE but want a sure, fast way to prevent users from selecting an old MRU.

Do you still need to bill the previous period with the old MRU?

Yes. There are times when reversals need to be performed that can back as far as a year.

In this case as far as I know you should implement a custom solution that blocks the using of those MRU for new installation with an appropriate message.

I hope someone knows a different and standard walkaround..

Hi,

In include LES30F10 in line 2219 is called user exit for this purpose. Try using it.
