Hello,

I have one question.

What is main purpose MR documet status 3 - blocked by agent.

it is only one way how to achive through EL27,28,29 using RESET button. this button set status 3.

Is there any function for processing this status.

hello,

Of course I tried to check it via F1  and search on internet but I didnt find any relevant answer.

F1 help only describe following:

Meter Reading Status

Use

Set by the system and displays the processing status of a meter reading for order creation and meter reading entry.

Example

Device A is allocated to installation 1 and installation 2 for billing. If contract 1 of installation 1 was already billed and contract 2 of installation 2 was not already billed, the plausible meter reading of the device has status * (partially billed).
