Move in Error

Hi Experts.

while i am doing move in , getting the follwoing error;

"Interval validation for final billing cannot be carried out"

please tell me what is the solution for this

Hello,

This error EL259 usually occurs because table TE410 is not maintained correctly.

Please see the long text of the error message:

No control parameters for meter reading result entry have been set for the combination of company code and division .

Procedure

If you cannot enter a company code in move-in/out, define the control

parameters for result entry as follows:

Leave the Company code field empty.

-> Enter in the Division field.

-> Enter the move-in/out interval in the Interval for meter reading suppression field. (Field Name KARSCHLABL)

-> If the company code is known, enter a move-in/out interval for the combination of company code and division .

In table TE410, you have to maintain an entry with blank company code (BUKRS = space) for each division because during move-in, the company code of the contract (which is just created) is not yet known.

See note 116173 for this.

Please maintain this, it should help to solve the issue.....
