Migrate business partner data to CRM sytem

Dear all,

We're introducing a new CRM system in which we want to maintain the business partner information. One topic of this project is to migrate (export) all relevant business partner information from IS-U to the new system. My question now is if SAP has any standard solutions for exporting master data to e.g. an csv file?

I am not sure what you mean to accomplish with a csv file. But please look at the CRB Integration sticky thread where you will find links for business partner ISU-CRM replication documentation.

Hi William,

We are about to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX for the maintenance of the business partner information so therefore we need to migrate the existing IS-U data into the AX environment. I know SAP has importing tools such as EMIGALL but I'm searching now for exporting tools.

Hi,

If you mean you are implementing a non-SAP CRM system, try one of the RECVBP00* series of Business Partner overview reports (in background mode) in IS-U. Then you could perhaps export the output to a file type of choice.

Hi Ivor,

Thanks for the suggestion. Though the output here doesn't encorporate all information we need. We are switching to a Microsoft solution (dynamicx AX2012) for maintaining the business partner. So we need to extract all business partner master data (general, addresses, contacts and roles) from IS-U. I know SAP has standard tools for importing such as EMIGALL or LSMW but I haven't found it for exporting.
