Dear Experts,

I Have installed a device(Full Installation) in EG31 with initial reading wrongly recorded and saved as 11.Now I want to change this reading.Pls tell me the process flow for this.

Hi,

because in the full installation of a device the meter reading have 21 & 8 reading reason those reading reason are not billing so with EL29 u can change the meter reading.
