HI Guru,
i have faced the issue during Meter assesment process, iam trying to do below senerio but it s not reestimating the reading.
V2 (100) < V1 (9990)
=> No assessing required
A reestimation would result in an overflow (high consumption).
Please let us know ,do i have to do any enhancement or work flow trigger.

activate isu_assess workflow.
EDIT: that is a correct validation error, the 2nd actual result is lower than the 1st & requires adjustment.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your reply,
We have activated those settings ,but when we are doing transactions background it is automatic deactivated and not trigger what we expected.
if we activate these settings any settings required in billing level because it is background level bill documents and invoice document will reverse for this i have to do anything billing level.
if Meter overflow level it won't be the trigger I think.
if i activate ISU_asses,ISU_asses1 this case how it will trigger or else we have to activate only one workflow as per requirement.
Please give suggestions.

Hi Radhika,
Some things to check
>Check if the event assessed is triggered for isucontract object
>Put a breakpoint in fm isu_event_assessing and isu_action_assessing to check if they are executed.
>Put a breakpoint in enhancement edmasses to check if its triggered.
>Check that the previous meter reading(only Periodic Meter Reads) are all billed. As the workflow is based on doing adjustment reversal and doesn't work on un-billed MR results.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Rakesh..

Hi Rakesh,
we have activated Workflow but it is not triggering and any User exit or Enhancement need to be add for above solution or else it will trigger standard.

Hi Radhika,
In this scenario
You will specify actual meter reading for the first month, then you will estimate the meter readings for the next months, during estimation of meter readings, you will get the actual month reading for a particular month which may be less than the estimated meter readings of previous month.
you have done estimation for second month.
The last month actual meter reading must be greater than first month actual meter reading
Now in your scenario, first month actual reading is 5750
done estimation for consequent months ..
then again u considered actual reading as 5740 how can be it possible ?
